In the case of an emergency during normal practice hours please contact us as early in the day as possible and we will endeavour to see you that day.

When you make an appointment we reserve that time exclusively for you, and our dental team will make every effort to ensure that you are seen as promptly as possible.
We realize that occasionally a change in circumstances may occur which means you may have to cancel your appointment.
As time in a dental practice is a precious resource, we ask that in these cases you allow the practice 48 hours notice so that we can allocate the time to another patient.
If the practice is not given sufficient notice of a cancellation, a charge will be made for the resulting loss of surgery time.
